At NovaVision, we aim to provide high-quality tools that help creators work faster and smarter. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Subscriptions
All NovaVision plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. Once a payment is processed, access to the product is immediately granted, and the subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- You were charged multiple times due to a billing error
- You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the product, and our team was unable to resolve it
- You submitted a refund request within 7 days of the initial purchase
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or inactivity
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
- Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations not caused by technical issues
